[SEASONAL] Nama Sujiko / Fresh Salmon Roe


  • 500G per sac
  • Nama sujiko are raw salmon roe sacs, after a bit of work it can be made into ikura (cured salmon roe).
  • To learn how to make ikura, view this link.
  • You may add sake to your marination or create ikura that is made to your taste.
  • Once done you are done making your own ikura, you may keep it refrigerated for up to 5 days.

  • By order only; air-flown items will be flown in every Tuesdays & Fridays (unless otherwise stated) and can be delivered on your preferred day. Please place your order at least 3 working days prior to the Tuesday/Friday air cargo.
