- Approximately 50G to 80G per piece
- Great as sashimi, sushi or cooked
- As sashimi: usually served with ponzu instead of soy sauce and topped with momijioroshi/grated daikon mixed with chilli pepper
- Cooked: best enjoyed salt grilled
