Kiyomi Mikan / 清見みかん
Kiyomi Mikan, like Japanese Mikans, are seasonal and have no seeds. They are well-known for their low acidity and sweetness. Kiyomi Mikans are a hybrid citrus first developed in Japan and named after the temple Seiken-ji (清見寺) and the lagoon Kiyomi-gata (清見潟).
The flavor is similar to that of a mikan, while the aroma is similar to that of an orange.
