Made by a small batch soy sauce shop in Oita prefecture, the soy sauce makers have been committed to brewing their soy sauce naturally without the use of enzymes or additives since 1919.
The Uni Soy Sauce is made with Kyushu Sea Urchin of the highest grade for the finest taste and richness of Uni.
